These terms govern your use of gilandscapellc.com and any services GI Landscape Maintenance LLC ("GI Landscape") provides through it, including AI-rendered estimates, contact forms, and informational content. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the site for legitimate inquiries, quotes, and informational purposes. You may not scrape it, attempt to break it, abuse the AI estimator, or submit information for other people without their permission.

2. Estimates are estimates

Our AI render tool and online quote tools produce non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. The AI-rendered image is illustrative, not a contract drawing. Final pricing depends on a free in-person site visit, measurement verification, material availability, and the specific scope you agree to. We will confirm a binding quote in writing before any work begins.

3. No upfront payment

We do not require payment before work is complete. You pay after the install is finished and you've walked the site with us. Payment terms for the final invoice are stated on each signed contract.

4. Warranty

Hardscape installs (paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems) carry a five-year workmanship warranty as documented on each signed contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials (turf, fencing, pavers) apply separately and are passed through to the homeowner.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GI Landscape's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for any related project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Licensing

GI Landscape Maintenance LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured under Oregon CCB #224884. We perform only services covered by our license and only in our published service area (the I-5 corridor from Portland to Salem).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the change.
