We're GI Landscape — Israel and a crew of fourteen, family-run from our Canby yard. We install hardscape, paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, artificial turf, and fencing across the I-5 corridor from Portland down to Salem.
The founder
Founded in 2016 by Israel.
Still run by him today.
We started in 2016 with one truck and a simple rule: do the work you'd do on your own property. No shortcuts on base prep. No cheap materials hidden under nice finishes. No upfront payment, because if we can't finish to the homeowner's satisfaction, we haven't earned it.
Today the team is fourteen, dispatching from our Canby yard across the I-5 corridor — Portland to Salem, with the heaviest install density in Wilsonville, West Linn, Lake Oswego, and Oregon City. Same crew shows up every visit. Same standards on every job. The phone gets answered by someone who'll be on your property next week.
We're licensed, bonded, and insured under Oregon CCB #224884. Every hardscape install comes with a five-year warranty in writing. If something we built fails inside that window, we come back and fix it.

How we work
Four operating principles, every job.
01. Free site visits
Always.
We come to your property, measure, look at how water moves, listen to what you want. No charge, no pressure, no high-pressure close at the kitchen table. The site visit is information-gathering for both of us.
02. Locked quotes
No surprise add-ons.
Once we agree on scope, the quote is locked. If we hit something unexpected during the install, we tell you before adding it — not after. The number on the contract is the number you pay.
03. No upfront payment
We earn it first.
We don't take payment until the work is complete and you've walked the site with us. Materials, labor, equipment — we cover the cost upfront. If we can't finish the job to your satisfaction, we haven't earned it.
04. Five-year warranty
In writing.
Every hardscape install — paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems — comes with a five-year workmanship warranty. If something fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it.
