Salem is the southern anchor of our service area. We take selective work in Salem — primarily larger-scope hardscape and drainage projects where the trip makes sense logistically. The market is less crowded than Portland, which means our pricing and warranty terms read differently here.
Terrain & soil
Salem sits in the southern Willamette Valley with deep silt and clay soils. The east side toward Lancaster runs heavier clay; the west toward Polk County is more loam. Drainage planning is essential — winter saturation is the norm here.
